For this reason, we have been offering free self-defense courses from the start, catered to specific groups at a time to make the world a safer place little by little.
Our Self-Defense courses are engaging, valuable and fun. Participants come away with a sense of self, confidence in how to act in a variety of scenarios, knowledge of the options available to them should an unfavorable situation present it, and a greater sense of security knowing they now have the ability to defend themselves, their lives and their loved ones.
